"Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather."

(John Ruskin)

I've always been a sucker for snow...but then again, many people are unless you live in the heart of New York or anywhere North for that matter. Here in the warm/humid South we rarely get the crisps cool flurries that pile their way into luscious piles of snow. A little tid bit about me, is that I actually used to prefer evenings and going out and warm weather..the lsit goes on. How is it that I (or we as humans) change so much!? I now (if given the choice) would choose to stay at home crafting or baking something scrumptious. As for evenings, bye bye, I now kind of despise you and adore my morning routines. Coffee brewing, warm hues filling my very old window pains, peaceful silence and of course my devotional. Have you ever tried a devotional book?! because some are pretty minimalistic with rich words I take to heart. Sometimes I find myselfin tears because of how well my God knows me and knows exactly what I need to read during each stage of my life. Brody also greets me with a plethora of wet/sloppy kisses which makes any morning a bit more welcoming. Hope you are enjoying this season of life and embracing whatever weather, circumstance or joy.
