Taste & Tell: French toast w/banana!

This is the most basic breakfast ever but filled with oodles of protein and nutrients. Simply make french toast using wheat bread/eggs ...then spread some peanut butter on top, add chopped banana slices and sprinkle some cinnamin to finish it off! I love this for busy mornings when I amy not get to eat lunch until closer to 2pm so the extra protein in the peanut butter does the trick!
